1995 Ford Bronco 4WD 5.8L V8 Eddie Bauer
Solid axle swap HP Dana 44 (donor truck was a 1979 F-150) all seals, bearings new. James Duff parts wee used todo the swap. Long arms, upper/lower coil buckets, springs, shocks, trac bar. Warn premium hubs. Crossmember was cut/welded to clear the custom Heim joint steering. All brakes are new and the ABS was deleted. There is an adjustable proportioning valve installed next to the new master cylinder.
4.56 gears in front and rear axle. Aussie locker in front with Dana diff cover, Detroit Trutrac in rear with Solid diff cover. Bilstein 5150 rear shocks.
Factory OEM body mounts with new hardware installed.
(All the above work was done by Pitts Fabrication in Fort Walton Beach, Florida)
Jasper long block installed by Neese Automotive in Fort Walton Beach
BBK shorty headers with high flow cat/custom exhaust (Pitts Fab)
BBK throttle body, Borgeson steering shaft, Redhead steering box, Desolate Motosports Saginaw power steering pump conversion, all emissions equipment was deleted and a Tweecer module was installed on a new ECU to turn off emissions (no check engine light)
Deaver 4 lift springs with 1 block in rear. The Bronco has a total of 7 lift
Rear brakes are all new, American Racing Baja 15x8 wheels, BFG MT 35x12.50-15 tires, Spydertrax 1.25 wheel spacers
Affordable Offroad front bumper with Smittybilt 10K winch, Desolate Motorsports rear bumper and xfer case skid plate, N-fab nerf steps (welded to frame) -- no drilling into the rocker panels
Paint and bodywork done by Emerald Coast Collision in Fort Walton Beach just to make it look new.
Front and rear headliners replaced, drivers seat bottom leather cover replaced, Wet Okole neoprene seat covers installed
